🌇 AI Reshaping Business Models

Who's got time for Monday blues when AI is in the house, revamping the whole business landscape as we know it?

Corporate bigwigs aren't just dabbling with AI now - they're committed, hook, line, and sinker. AI has gracefully pivoted from customer service chit-chat and process automation, and is now flipping business models like pancakes on a Sunday morning.🥞

AI is transforming businesses in several key ways:

  • Automation - AI can automate repetitive tasks, allowing humans to focus on more strategic work. This improves efficiency.

  • Personalization - With data analysis, AI can tailor products and services to individual customers. This boosts satisfaction.

  • Prediction - By detecting patterns, AI can forecast future trends and outcomes. This supports better planning.

  • Innovation - AI augments human creativity for things like drug discovery. It also enables entirely new business models.

But this isn't a one-way street; AI is introducing businesses to a whole new crowd of metrics. It's not just about balance sheets and stock prices anymore - it's about how well your firm can tango with AI to save time and resources. Efficiency, meet AI, your new BFF.💼

And like any passionate tango, there are missteps. Privacy concerns, algorithmic biases, and a learning curve steeper than Everest are all part of the package. But let's be real, nobody said revolutionizing the world of business would be a cakewalk.🎢

We've journeyed from basic calculators to AI superpowers, and we're still sprinting. Buckle up, folks - the AI revolution is here, and it's not slowing down. Intrigued? Don't miss a beat. Dive into the details in the full article here. 🚀

AI-n't That Something

🎭 Trolling AI with Disguised Photos

Researchers at MIT and IBM have discovered a sneaky way to trick AI image recognition programs - disguise objects as other things!

By making simple edits like adding a mask to a banana 🍌 or putting a sign that says "airplane" on a dog 🐶, they could consistently fool AIs into misidentifying photos.

The reason this works is that neural networks learn by looking for patterns. A small change in appearance throws them completely off.

While concerning for AI security, this highlights how these systems don't actually "understand" images like humans. They rely on surface features only.

The researchers hope their work leads to more robust image recognition models less susceptible to silly disguises. In the meantime, we can have fun trolling AIs! 😜 Read full article on The Hustle

Music AI

Made with AI. Recently I have been messing around with @runway Gen 2 "image to-video feature and came up with this 25-second music video teaser.

Here's how:

  • I put the song..."Better not Fall" the YouTube link into Chatgpt.

  • Asked to extract lyrics and interpret the song.

  • Then I told Gpt to let's create a music video trailer and to create a shot list...15 scenes/sequences.

  • Copy/pasted the descriptions into Midjourney, and kept the prompts the same so it's cohesive.

  • Put Midjourney images into Runway Gen2 "image to video"

  • Uploaded all videos to Divinci Resolve, basic edits added audio, and boom!

🎬 "YouTube Automation: The Secret to Making Millions Without Showing Your Face

A YouTube automation expert, unveils the secrets behind his success. He's been making millions from YouTube without ever showing his face or creating a single video himself. Sounds too good to be true? Well, David's method is a testament to the power of automation, smart outsourcing, and leveraging AI technologies. 🤑

David's approach to YouTube is refreshingly different. Instead of being the face of his channel, he focuses on the behind-the-scenes work. His secret weapon? YouTube automation. This process involves outsourcing the entire video creation process, from the conception of the video idea to the creation of the thumbnail.

Here's how it works with the inclusion of AI technologies:

  1. Get a video idea: With millions of videos on YouTube, finding inspiration isn't hard. You can also use AI like ChatGPT to generate unique and engaging video ideas.

  2. Hire a scriptwriter: Once you have an idea, hire a scriptwriter to craft the script. Again, AI like ChatGPT can be used to draft and refine the script.

  3. Hire a voice actor: After the script is ready, hire a voice actor to do the voiceover. AI voice synthesis platforms like ElevenLabs can provide high-quality, natural-sounding voiceovers.

  4. Hire a video editor: With the voiceover ready, hire a video editor to put the video together. Video editing software like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve can be used to create professional-looking videos.

  5. Hire a thumbnail artist: Finally, hire a thumbnail artist to create an engaging thumbnail. AI-powered tools like Midjourney can generate photorealistic thumbnails.

The beauty of this process is in its cost-effectiveness and high return on investment. David shares an instance where he spent $50 on a video ($15 for the scriptwriter, $15 for the voiceover, $15 for the video editor, and $5 for the thumbnail) and that video ended up making him $10,000! Now that's what we call a profitable venture! 💰

But how does one find reliable freelancers for these tasks? David recommends platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. He suggests choosing freelancers with at least five stars and 100 reviews to ensure quality. He also advises asking for sample content before hiring to ensure they can deliver what you're looking for.

David's story is a powerful reminder that success on YouTube doesn't always require being a personality or showing your face. With the right strategies, resources, and AI technologies, anyone can monetize YouTube and live the life they want.
